Born on August 5, 2001, Anthony DeVante Edwards' basketball career commenced in Atlanta, Georgia. Edwards stayed close to home while developing his basketball prowess at Daniel McLaughlin Therrell High School to Holy Spirit Preparatory School, and ultimately the University of Georgia.
